Please submit a work order through the Request section of the Sunstate Association Management’s Owner Portal located at: https://home.sunstatemanagement.com/login. You will need your logon ID and Password which is managed by Sunstate.
INFRASTRUCTURE ISSUE
To report an Infrastructure Issue within Verona (uneven sidewalks joints, uneven pavers, broken chucks concrete out of gutter drain, black stains on the sidewalks, street lamp is out, etc.) send an email to the Infrastructure Chairperson.
GATE ISSUE
To report a Gate Issue, send an email to the Gate Chairperson.
